~Elven~

At one point in civilization, the Elven race was the dominating race on Earth.

Now of course, no one knows how many there are since they mainly live underground.

The Elves are known to be the fairest and most beautiful of all beings.

There are also many elven tribes which exist in spiritual form only.

These elves are the purest elves or commonly called the Light Elves and can only be viewed by people of other races if they happen to possess an honest heart and soul.

In comparison to humans elves are stronger in spirit as well as physical strength and have exceptional endurance.

As they grow older, they do not become weaker or frail, instead they become wiser and even more fair.

Elven senses, are much, much more intense than those of humans.

Elves are also highly resitant to extremes of temperatures

They are known to have several natural defenses against supernatural or evil influences.

Both male and female Elves have big, expressive eyes in the most unique and gorgeous colors.

They wear their hair long and free and have graceful, delicate features.

Elves are of extraordinary beauty. Without a doubt!

Elves are also known for their pointed ears and high striking cheekbones.

Some tribes are especially well known for their very divinely delicate long necks.

Others have unique and striking hair colors that can range from silver to gold, to any variety of glimmering, glittering colors.

You will always notice a fragile but beautiful light upon the face of an elf.

Light that the elf seems to draw in from the beauty of the surrounding nature.

This is just part of their unique and divine charm.

The Elven race are peaceful, positive and nature-loving.

They would never fight with one another nor other races for reasons of power or wealth.

Elves love beautiful things and people.

They often enjoy drawing, poetry and most of all singing.

It is the elves conviction that they are destined to live in harmony with nature.

They only use their magical powers as a natural means and would never try to harm or destroy something or someone.

One of the abilities that elves are famous for is their inborn preceptivity of others of the elven race

An elf can perceive magical influences and negativity from anywhere.

They can easily discern if the magic is natural, artificial, positive or evil.

They are especially known to be very calm and patient in all their actions.

There are several different tribes of elves:

WOOD ELVES

They are the most common of elvenkind.
They usually wear greens and greys to blend with their surroundings.
Typically they have pale or sandy hair with light blue, green or grey eyes.
They are adept to moving silently and they hide very, very well.

ICE ELVES

These elves are accustomed to fierce and cold conditions.
Ice Elves have very cold blood, which is also the reason why they have very pale skin.
These elves are well known for their huge ice buildings that they often errect in the midst of nowhere.

LIGHT ELVES

The Light Elves are the most lordly of all elves and are seldom encountered in visible form.
They are the purest kind of elves, breathing the spirit the High Goddess.

SHADOW ELVES

A rare elven kind, the Shadow Elves are the opposite of the Light Elves, capturing the very essence of Coór.
These elves, while close to the Father of Shadows, as they call him, are not inherently evil.
Most often, they remain neutral.
Also, like Light Elves, it is unusual to find them in physical form.
When appearing within a physical body, Shadow Elves have ebony colored skin and snow white hair.

DARK ELVES

These are possibly the most dangerous of elven kind.
Although not evil, their principles are intrinsically different from the other elves.
While they are as nature-loving as all other kinds of elves, Dark Elves favor the dark side of nature.
Dark Elves acquire a pale skin tone from a lifetime of living in the darkness of their shadowy forest homes, whitening with age.
Conversely, their hair and eyes become darker and darker until they reach a jet black color in the oldest of Dark Elves.

These are rare and very unique.
